How can I create healthy, sustainable and nutritious meals for myself and my family on a budget?
Students will focus on nutrition and the five food groups. Students will also learn about budgeting and planning family meals/meal planning for individuals. Students will learn the impact food waste has on the environment and learn how to be more mindful of sustainable catering to reduce waste.
